The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in supporting customers and driving business growth. Youll work closely with our operations team to deliver tailored solutions assist with order processing manage customer accounts and respond to inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Support positive experience with existing customers assess & identify customer needs responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.
Strategically manage customer accounts build strong connections with customers by phone and take initiative to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored manufacturing solutions.
Collaborate cross functionally to provide accurate product information and pricing estimates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
Participate in budget and forecasting processes.
Develop sales opportunities by teaming with Business Development to build pipeline researching and identifying potential accounts soliciting new accounts building rapport providing technical information and explanations and preparing quotes.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the contract manufacturing industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Sirio/Best Formulations
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.

Previous experience in customer service or sales in a B2B product manufacturing industry is a requirement
Working knowledge of business accounting & supply chain
Nutraceutical industry Experience Preferred
Excellent Communication skills verbal & written
Proficient in Office 365 Word PowerPoint & Excel ERP & CRM systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Must have solid math skills
Bachelors degree in business or similar field or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to think creatively and solve problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
