• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting commercial and B2B accounts.
  
  
• Proactively generate new business through cold outreach in-person visits and relationship building.
  
  
• Build relationships with property managers commercial building owners facility managers and contractors.
  
  
• Conduct regular site visits to identify cleaning needs upcoming projects and maintenance opportunities.
  
  
• Attend local networking events industry meetups and property management associations.
  
  
• Present customized service solutions including building washing concrete cleaning fleet washing and recurring maintenance programs.
  
  
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Rolling Suds services and competitive positioning.
  
  
• Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
  
  
• Track activity opportunities and pipeline updates and communicate progress with sales leadership.
  
  

• Proven experience with cold calling prospecting or business development.
  
  
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• Ability to transport sales materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  
  
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role and diligently tracking activity in a CRM.
  
  

• Experience in outside B2B sales particularly in service-based or local markets.
  
  
• Background in property management facilities construction or building services is a plus.
  
  
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
  
  

• No overnight travel.
