- Responsible for hand tools marketing activites for Türkiye Middle East Central Asia &Caucasus.
- Manage the hand tools product portfolio across all channels.
- Including new product launches product switching strategies and product range optimization.
- Develop and implement store product portfolio planning and effective merchandising strategies.
- Gain deep insights into consumer needs market competition and evolving industry trends to optimize the product portfolio and support new product development initiatives.
- Optimization of product mix (standard campaigns promotion) in country.
- Provide end-to-end project management for new product launches.
- Establish and manage the retail pricing system for hand tools including new product pricing and daily price adjustments.
- Develop and implement strategic pricing frameworks.
- Oversee the marketing and promotion of hand tools categories within the domestic market.
- Plan and execute comprehensive product and marketing activities for the hand tools business across all channels.
- Manage PROMO share and execute BU PROMO strategy (Price or Bundle pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey.
- Plan and manage the execution of promotional activities for dealer stores.
- Plan and execute local campaigns and activations on the applicable offline and online touchpoints with the regional touchpoint responsible.
- Develop and implement digital marketing and promotional activities for the hand tools business including traffic advertising content marketing and community operations.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure the effective implementation of marketing activities and product promotions.
- Forecast product sales demand particularly for large-scale promotional activities and provide support to sales teams.
- Support local retailers with activation.
- Coordinate local agencies and external resources (if applicable).
- Proofreading and local adaptations of marketing assets
Qualifications :
- Very good Marketing know-how along all Ps
- Functional expertise in local portfolio/ category Management
- High expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and
- purchase decision of target group
- High sales affinity and good understanding of the retail landscape
- Understanding of the online and offline shopping landscapes
- Operational experience in marketing passion in execution
- Right communication skills to make topic understood in the broader context of MarketingSales and User journey Management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
