Job Summary

Marketing Communications

Support marketing communication processes in coordination with HQ and Agencies and local teams
Manage content approval workflows and coordinate creative feedback processes
Assist with creative localization processes including file handling and technical translation tracking
Prepare agency briefs and support coordination and follow-up with creative digital and media agencies
Schedule and manage content for LinkedIn META Youtube and other relevant platforms
Support customer communications
Assist in event and seminar operations including registration on-site setup and logistics
Support management of giveaways printed materials and shipment of marketing assets
Track marketing-related purchase orders and invoices to support budget monitoring
Assist with internal presentations reports visuals and campaign documentation
Support HQ requests such as asset listings audits and usage reports

Analytical Support & Reporting

Support product market and portfolio analyses
Assist in preparation of regular marketing reports and dashboards
Collect structure and analyze data to support insights for marketing performance improvement

Qualifications :

Qualifications

4th year student or new graduate in Business Administration Economics Marketing or related fields
Able to work 45 days per week
Good command of English both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Able to use or willing to learn AI-based tools (e.g. content generation data analysis presentation support workflow automation)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
