Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our financial operations providing valuable insights and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement short- and long-term financial goals objectives and operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal budgetary reporting requirements
- Conduct financial audits and recommend procedural improvements to enhance efficiency
- Prepare financial analyses for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor and analyze financial trends identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with financial auditing and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel ERP systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
- Experience in strategic planning and implementing financial procedures
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
