This role is for you who enjoy working with sales and customer relationships. About the role:
The responsibilities include taking full ownership of your clients and developing the business with them where you see potential to broaden or deepen it. You manage and develop the clients ensure they receive the best solutions and you have an underlying profitability responsibility. The right service to the right client. You also have an interest in meeting new companies and contributing to expanding Marshs client portfolio. You work both administratively and communicatively and build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Examples of tasks include:
- Assisting our clients with relevant advice regarding risk and insurance
- Conducting strategic dialogues with the contact person often the CEO or CFO
- Leading projects and being the coordinating contact towards the client
- Delivering services personally but also having the ability to project manage specialists and risk engineers performing work for the client
- Identifying new business opportunities with your clients and proactively working to broaden Marshs business
- Contacting new potential clients
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Preferably holds an academic degree in law economics or engineering
- Has good communication skills
- Is structured meets deadlines and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Values service and always puts the client first
- Enjoys working independently but also finds collaboration rewarding
