Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a regional sales team of representatives covering Dallas Chicago and potentially additional markets as we expand.
  • Coach train and motivate sales reps to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Personally manage key accounts and actively sell to corporate clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs budgets and performance metrics across multiple regions.
  • Review pricing and rate structures regularly to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations Customer Service and Marketing to ensure flawless client experience and service delivery.
  • Represent Roadway with professionalism and integrity maintaining a customer-first approach in all interactions.
  • Report performance results and insights to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations.


Qualifications

  • Strongly preferred: Proven experience in the moving or relocation industry.
  • 510 years of B2C sales experience including sales leadership or management roles.
  • Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
  • Experience managing KPIs budgets and sales performance across multiple regions or teams.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and leading by example.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems Excel PowerPoint and digital communication tools.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with room for growth.

Compensation: $130000 (base bonus commission)
