We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to join our
dynamic consulting team. This role is pivotal in leading a critical client-facing ERP/EPM
system design and proof-of-concept (POC) engagement.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with a strong background in Oracle
ERP projects and a solid understanding of EPM. This position is focused exclusively on
the pre-implementation phases-leading the design managing key partners and
delivering a robust proof-of-concept. You will not be responsible for the full
implementation at this stage but your work will lay the essential groundwork for its
future success.
This role requires a leader who can build excellent client relationships manage a third-
party subcontractor effectively and is prepared to be hands-on in creating top-tier
project management deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall project management efforts for the ERP/EPM design and proof-of-concept (POC) phase.
- Provide robust oversight and management of a third-party subcontractor responsible forthe core ERP design deliverables ensuring they meet project milestones quality standards and scope.
- Directly manage and drive the project plan for the Enterprise Performance Management(EPM) workstream.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client fostering strong collaborativerelationships and ensuring alignment between their business needs and the projectsdirection.
- Develop and maintain all essential project management documentation includingdetailed project plans status reports risk logs executive summaries and compelling
- PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder updates.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks resolve issues and manage project scopeand change requests with a strategic business-oriented mindset.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of leadingcomplex enterprise application projects.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Project Manager on large-scale Oracle ERPprojects (e.g. Oracle Fusion Cloud E-Business Suite).
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) concepts andproject lifecycles.
- Exceptional ability to create high-quality professional project deliverables (projectplans status reports executive presentations).
- Experience managing vendors subcontractors or third-party delivery teams.
