Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development salesperson to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development. This position requires a heavy amount of phone contact and customer relationship management. If you are not comfortable with making outgoing calls please DO NOT APPLY for this position. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients. The Ideal Candidate will have experience selling to industrial OEMs Industrial distribution sales thermal management product sales or experience with electrical enclosures.

As a member of our inside sales team you will be reporting to our National Sales Manager. You will be required to develop new business. Dedicated self-starter who is excited to build new business relationships and increase sales activity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • High volume of outgoing phone calls.
  • Relationship building
  • Follow up on sales leads when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with hunter mentality
  • Established track record of new account development.
  • Technical sales experience a must HVAC or industrial product experience.
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Must be detail oriented and well organized.
  • Basic or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education / Certification

2 4 undergraduate degree is preferred.
