  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A B-Pharma qualification.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a sales role preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results-oriented and driven approach to achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
