Job Description:
- The Accounts Manager plays a key leadership role in driving client satisfaction business growth and revenue expansion within the US Staffing division.
- This position involves managing strategic client relationships identifying business opportunities and ensuring consistent delivery of staffing solutions that align with client expectations and organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Relationship Building & Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients maintaining strong long-term relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of each clients business model hiring patterns company culture and workforce needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction address challenges and identify opportunities for partnership growth.
- Build trust-based relationships through transparent communication prompt issue resolution and consistent service excellence.
- Revenue Generation & Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aimed at increasing revenue and profitability within assigned accounts.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for additional staffing services (e.g. contract staffing permanent placement RPO etc.)
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective client retention and new business development.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to respond to new business opportunities proposals (RFPs/RFQs) and client Improvement & Service Delivery Enhancement
- Ensure high-quality staffing delivery through close coordination with recruitment onboarding and operations teams.
- Track client satisfaction metrics and feedback to identify service gaps and areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous process improvements to enhance the client experience reduce turnaround time and improve candidate quality.
- Support clients with market intelligence talent insights and industry trends to strengthen their workforce strategies.
- Serve as an escalation point for client concerns ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Business Process & Operational Improvement
- Analyze account performance data to recommend business process improvements within the US Staffing operation.
- Work closely with internal leadership to streamline workflows optimize recruiter performance and align business operations with client goals.
- Identify opportunities for automation technology integration and workflow efficiencies to improve overall productivity.
- Contribute to strategic planning forecasting and budgeting processes for the staffing division.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field
- 10 14 years of experience in US Staffing Recruitment with at least 2 years in an account management or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices compliance and employment laws.
- Proven track record in revenue growth client retention and account expansion.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM and ATS tools (e.g. Bullhorn Jobdiva Ceipal etc.).
