We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to identify new business opportunities build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth in the IT and software solutions space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B IT sales lead generation and client acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them.
Generate qualified leads through calls emails and networking.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Sales & Business Growth
Develop and implement business development plans.
Conduct presentations negotiate contracts and close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research & Reporting
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain CRM data prepare performance reports and update pipelines.
Graduate / MBA preferred.
2 years of experience in IT / Software / SaaS sales.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce) is a plus.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and B2B sales process.
