Job Opening: Back Office Executive – Solar Rooftop

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years
Timing:9:30 to 6:30

Job Responsibilities:
Handle online applications for Solar Rooftop Net Metering
Prepare and maintain project files quotations work orders and invoices
Manage customer documentation including KYC agreements and approvals
Maintain daily records MIS reports and data entry
Coordinate with site engineers for document collection
Prepare customer invoices and follow up on payments
Maintain payment records and outstanding reports
Assist with GST documentation and basic accounting support
Computer knowledge Exel Word Power point MS office
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Solar Rooftop processes and Net Metering (preferred)
Basic understanding of solar components (modules inverters transformers)
Proficient in MS Excel Word email and online portals
Good communication skills (Gujarati Hindi and English preferred)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
