Job Summary
- Partner with Business and Technology leaders to execute the strategy for one or more key programs in VEP
- Develop & deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning implementation production readiness and support defining a cross-functional program structure.
- Manage and track program execution to ensure successful high-quality on-time delivery by working through risks and interdependencies.
- Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of Stakeholders.
- Partner with business unit and platform product management and product development leadership to identify benefits short- and long-term trade-offs and balance the needs of all stakeholders.
- Anticipate recognize and work through resistance or setbacks independently work well with others when conflicts arise.
- See opportunities ensure alignment with objectives find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation
Skills:
Technical background - Program / Project management experience with Product Company
Capability to understand and connect business strategy to the deliverables to drive
Education:
Bachelor in Engg
PMP CSM SAFe Agile.
