Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager - Renewable Energy

Job Purpose
To serve as a senior executive responsible for the organizations commercial performance overseeing the development and implementation of strategic commercial operations pricing frameworks and key client portfolios to drive sustainable profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies including market entry and optimal pricing models aligned with organizational P&L goals.
Identify evaluate and forge high-value strategic alliances and channel partnerships within the industrial and commercial sectors.
Lead and finalize principal contract negotiations (e.g. PPAs EPCs) ensuring robust risk mitigation and corporate compliance.
Directly manage and grow the companys portfolio of largest and most strategic commercial and industrial accounts.
Rigorously analyze key financial performance metrics revenue streams and conduct commercial due diligence on major projects.
Collaborate intensively with technical operations and finance executives to ensure commercial models translate into feasible project execution.
Manage strategic risk assessments related to key accounts and projects developing mitigation strategies.
Represent the company in industry associations regulatory forums and major commercial events to enhance influence.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or Engineering. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
710 years of progressive senior-level experience in Commercial Management Business Development or Corporate Strategy within the Renewable energy infrastructure or complex project-based industries.
Proven success in managing large P&L statements and driving strategic high-margin revenue growth.
