REPORTS TO: Dual Enrollment Coordinator

SUPERVISES: Not Applicable

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with high school networks structures and culture
  • Effective communicator in a professional capacity with school leaders parents and students
  • Experience with using basic office software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems
  • Knowledge of relevant funding sources for student assistance
  • Knowledge of student recruitment and retention
  • Experience with networking and sales including cold calls
  • Experience with marketing advertising or customer service situations

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position supports NPRCs outreach and recruitment efforts by fostering strong relationships with schools Career and Technical Centers Intermediate Units and other community partners. This position actively participates in college fairs high school recruitment events and implements the Dual Enrollment recruitment strategy resulting in increased enrollment. This role collaborates closely with internal departments to enhance the student experience and promote NPRCs mission and inclusive culture. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updating communication materials and school contact databases and assisting in the development of outreach and educational content. Additional duties contribute to the overall success and visibility of NPRCs programs and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Recruit high school aged students to enroll in Dual Enrollment opportunities chosen by their school district administration
  • Collaborate with other NPRC teams and departments to enhance student experience
  • Maintain relevant data in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) logging all activities and communications regularly
  • Actively promote NPRCs mission and cultivate a positive college culture of inclusiveness and collaboration
  • Updating school communication documentation
  • Updating the database of school contacts and measures of school relationships
  • Aid in the development of content presentation and family education materials
  • Attend College Fairs and other high school-related recruitment events
  • Carry out the Dual Enrollment recruitment plan
  • Engage with Career and Technical Centers
  • Collaborating with Intermediate Units
  • Perform other duties as assigned contributing to the overall success of NPRC

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to obtain the following clearances and training:

  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance
  • Pennsylvania Access To Criminal History Record Check
  • Federal Criminal History Background Check
  • Training Certificate - Mandated and Permissive Reporting in Pennsylvania

WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:

    • Full-Time employees are expected to work a minimum of 37 hours per week. Schedules will vary based upon position and business needs

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Frequent daily travel throughout the Colleges service region required
    • Consistent access to a vehicle or reliable means to travel within the colleges service region is necessary
