Job Title: Technical Recruiter Aerospace Engineering (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Full-Time

The Structures Company is hiring an internal fully remote Technical Recruiter with aerospace/aviation experience and a strong background in recruiting engineering talent. This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands technical disciplines and thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for aerospace engineering roles from sourcing through placement
Partner closely with account managers and business development to understand client hiring needs
Source and engage top engineering talent using LinkedIn job boards resume databases referrals and networking
Screen candidates for technical qualifications compliance requirements and client alignment
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular updates on pipelines and placements
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients within the aerospace industry

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred
Staffing agency experience required
Experience recruiting within the aerospace or aviation industry
Proven experience recruiting engineering roles (mechanical aerospace electrical manufacturing systems etc.)
Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to succeed in a remote environment
Proficiency with sourcing tools Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines efficiently
Must be a U.S. Citizen
