Key Responsibilities:
- Set up customer billing structures and post accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare accounts receivables reports.
- Approve suspension and reinstatement of customer accounts.
- Implement debt recovery workouts and monitor collections.
- Maintain payee financial profiles.
- Review and authorize electronic bank payments.
- Detect and evaluate internal control effectiveness.
- Manage tax audits and address tax inquiries.
- Optimize organizational tax strategies and structures.
- Maintain local general ledger and perform master data reviews.
- Plan and schedule account reconciliations and conduct balance sheet reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Manage regulatory changes and maintain tax master data.
- Process and account for domestic and foreign taxes.
- Manage tax reporting and monitor tax compliance.
- Manage customer credit applications and conduct due diligence.
