Job Summary

Our client is looking for a mature and experienced Finance and Admin Officer to join their team.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records ledgers and journals
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and assist in the finalization of financial statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable bank reconciliations and petty cash
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ZIMRA NSSA and other regulatory bodies
  • Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed
  • Oversee procurement processes and general administrative duties
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documentation
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Key Skills:
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Sage or Pastel accounting software is essential
  • Preparation of financial statements
Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting Finance or related field
