Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Research Asisstant to join our team this role you will support multiple functions across different time zones handling key administrative tasks that keep our international operations efficient and effective. You will be a key point of contact for internal communications operational tracking meeting logistics and document management helping ensure that our teams remain aligned wellinformed and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain various tracking systems and databases to ensure uptodate operational visibility.
Handle filing and document organisation across digital platforms ensuring accessibility and version control.
Coordinate and manage meeting schedules and logistics (including across US evening time zones) for internal teams and stakeholders.
Provide comprehensive email management and correspondence support acting as a professional link across departments.
Execute backoffice administrative tasks to support the daytoday operations of research development and commercial teams.
Facilitate internal communication and coordination between team members to ensure timely followup and clarity of tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with global stakeholders.
Proven experience in administrative support roles ideally in a remote or international team environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including some US evening time zones to align with crossregional teams.
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with digital filing systems tracking tools and databasesensuring high standards of documentation and followthrough.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated homeoffice setup to maintain professional remote delivery.
Experience working with international teams is preferred demonstrating the ability to operate in diverse cultural and operational environments.
