Position : Social Media Marketing Assistant

Working Schedule : 9am-6pm PST

Salary Range :$1000-$1500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Role Overview

We are looking for a savvy Social Media Marketing Assistant to elevate our digital presence and help grow our patient community. This role is perfect for a proactive creator who understands how to blend healthcare expertise with engaging social content. You will be responsible for managing our daily social presence leveraging AI efficiency and collaborating with our clinical team to showcase the impact of our care.

This is a business that is promoting semi private performance training with a strength coach. This is an athletic focused company that is very niche and we are looking for someone that has worked in this industry or someone that has a passion and love for the outdoors and being active.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Content Management: Create schedule and post high-quality content 7 days a week across Facebook and Instagram.
• AI-Driven Strategy: Utilize our dedicated marketing AI tool to brainstorm content pillars generate engaging copy and stay ahead of wellness trends.
• Team Collaboration: Lead a weekly touch-point with our clinical staff to request or coordinate necessary photos patient success stories and behind-the-scenes video content.
• Growth & Engagement: Monitor comments and messages; potentially assist in a sell-by-chat strategy to convert inquiries into booked discovery calls.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all messaging reflects our professional standards while remaining accessible and encouraging to potential patients.

Candidate Requirements

• Social Media Expertise: Proven 3-5 years of experience in content creation platform algorithms and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite Canva).
• Exceptional Communication: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate clinical concepts into patient-friendly edutainment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Chiropractic Physical Therapy or General Wellness is highly preferred.
• Tech Savviness: Comfortable working with AI content tools and project management platforms.
• Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently meet deadlines and bring fresh ideas to the table without constant supervision.

Nice to Haves:

• Working experience with AI tools
• Go High Level working experience
• Familiarity with Meta or Google Ads
