We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency helping brands run impactful social media campaigns with top-tier influencers. We manage campaigns end-to-endfrom strategy and influencer outreach to execution and reporting.

We are looking for an Influencer Outreach & Email Operations Assistant to support our marketing team in managing email outreach inbox responses and influencer communications.

In this role youll ensure that all outreach is organized timely and accurately tracked while helping maintain and update our influencer databases.

The ideal candidate has 12 years of experience in influencer marketing or email outreach is familiar with CRM and email marketing tools like HubSpot and and is highly detail-oriented and process-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage email inboxes related to influencer outreach campaigns
Respond to incoming influencer emails professionally and promptly
Track and populate spreadsheets or CRM with influencer information.
Follow up on unanswered emails using provided templates and sequences
Ensure all outreach conversations are organized labeled and up to date
Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline outreach processes
Assist in preparing lists of influencers for campaigns based on given criteria
Utilize HubSpot and other email marketing tools to manage campaigns and follow-ups

Requirements

12 years of experience in influencer marketing email outreach or marketing operations
Experience using HubSpot or similar email marketing/CRM tools
Strong written English communication skills for professional outreach and follow-ups
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations campaigns and spreadsheets simultaneously
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully
