- Core responsibilities
- The person fulfilling this role will lead Coding for an Omni product in operations which will include managing the organization of 200 associates prior experience in managing a span of 80-100 associates is a plus.
- The person will be entirely responsible for owning the delivery of Coding outcomes to the overall product delivery including but not limited to the BAU operations managing the incremental events & enhancements that get added to the BAU and responsible for the metrics on the product health as well as manage the people performance metrics.
- As a primary owner of the functional area for the product the person will have to be comfortable with stakeholder engagement beyond the scope of coding be it other operational areas as well as outside operations PL Dsci Tech Transformation etc. Needs to be comfortable with reporting out to leadership and engaging stakeholders in discussions for changes prioritization of issues escalations & resolutions.
- The person will directly report to the Operations Leader for Omni.
- A big part of the role will also involve collaborating cross functionally on defining the path to growth with panel expansion programs - this includes being able to redefine processes identify how the organization/teams have to evolve and adapt with the changing landscape define training & levelling up requirements for the teams execute the growth and manage transition smoothly as per SOPs.
- Strategic knowledge of Panel products or equivalent large programs
- Have been involved in setup execution and expansion of large programs in operations creating collaborations across different workstreams in Data Operations worked closely with Client Operations Technology Data Science Product Leadership towards shaping the priorities & decisions of the product.
- Demonstrated strong capability in translating operational gaps and improvement areas into product / feature enhancements
- Preferably 3 years of handling programs of this scale within/outside NIQ
- Background in coding function in operations is a preferred plus (for NIQ applicants)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management Information Systems or a related field.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and drive change.
- Experience in process optimization continuous improvement and compliance monitoring.
