Maintain a professional empathetic and friendly attitude with customers

Process orders forms and applications in an organized manner
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and improve service processes
Share feedback and ideas to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Proficient in computer use and data entry
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
