About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Remote Itinerary Specialist to assist in planning and organizing customized travel itineraries. This role focuses on researching destinations coordinating travel components and ensuring a seamless planning experience for clients from start to finish.
This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who enjoys organization travel planning and delivering excellent customer service while working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and organize customized travel itineraries based on client preferences
- Research destinations accommodations transportation and activities
- Coordinate bookings using approved supplier and booking platforms
- Communicate with clients via email phone or messaging to confirm details and updates
- Ensure itineraries are accurate well-organized and delivered in a timely manner
- Assist with itinerary changes updates or adjustments as needed
- Maintain detailed records of bookings and client communications
- Stay informed on travel policies entry requirements and supplier updates
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- High attention to detail
- Interest in travel and trip planning
- Previous travel or customer service experience is an asset but not required
