Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our Human Resources and Administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment employee relations performance management and general administrative functions.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining a positive work environment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing interviewing and onboarding employees.

  • Develop and implement HR policies procedures and employee handbooks.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (EPF ESI Gratuity etc.).

  • Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.

  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Manage payroll processing and leave management system.

  • Foster a positive organizational culture and encourage teamwork.

Administrative Management

  • Oversee office administration housekeeping and facility management.

  • Monitor vendor contracts service providers and office supplies.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments.

  • Manage company assets attendance systems and security operations.

  • Plan and manage official meetings events and company functions.

  • Coordinate with management for policy implementation and compliance.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company data.

Required Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions labor laws and compliance regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office HRMS or ERP systems.

  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or Commerce.

  • MBA in HR or related specialization will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • 310 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

  • Experience in handling medium to large teams preferred.

  • Exposure to recruitment payroll and compliance management.
