Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BPO hiring and a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for BPO and other roles.
Source candidates through job portals social media and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for interview feedback and updates.
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO hiring (mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle targets and deadlines.
Graduate preferred.
Comfortable with Hybrid work model (Work from office during training period).
