HR Recruiter Warehouse & IT Infrastructure (E-commerce)
Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for warehouse operations and IT Infrastructure / AV/VC / OAV support roles within the e-commerce environment. The role focuses on volume hiring stakeholder coordination and timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse roles (skilled & semi-skilled manpower) and IT Infrastructure / AV/VC / OAV support positions
Source candidates through job portals referrals vendors and local networks
Coordinate interviews assessments and offer rollouts
Manage bulk and lateral hiring requirements across warehouse locations
Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Maintain hiring trackers MIS reports and recruitment dashboards
Coordinate with operations IT and account managers for manpower planning
Ensure compliance with hiring timelines quality and cost parameters
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in warehouse & IT infrastructure hiring within e-commerce
Knowledge of AV/VC OAV IT support and warehouse operational roles
Experience handling high-volume and multi-location hiring
Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
Strong documentation and reporting abilities
Qualifications
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
