Operational Procurement Buyer - German Speaker
Location: Alhos Vedros/Lisbon (Hybrid work position)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operational Procurement Buyer to support transactional procurement tasks and help optimize our procurement processes. If you thrive in a dynamic international environment and have a passion for procurement we would love to hear from you!

Your opportunity:

Process and monitor purchase orders ensuring timely execution
Track deliveries and manage any delays or past-due shipments
Act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders
Address and resolve issues complaints and discrepancies
Support operational and back-office tasks efficiently
Build strong sustainable relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with purchasing processes and procedures
Provide input and feedback on supplier performance
Maintain and update Master Data in the SAP system
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements

Your profile:

Language skills: Good level of German and English (written and spoken) mandatory
Education: A university degree is a plus
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar Purchasing or Procurement role is a plus
Technical skills: SAP knowledge is a plus
Soft skills: Strong teamwork organization and efficiency in workload planning
Customer focus: A proactive mindset with a sharp internal customer focus
