We are looking for an experienced Test Leader to join the TestCentre of Excellence (TCE) supporting major testing initiatives acrossinsurance systems in the Savings and Protectiondomains. You will lead test design execution oversight coordination of testanalysts and reporting to stakeholders ensuring testing quality and deliveryexcellence.
Important:Your CV must clearly demonstrate leadership in software testing SQL skillsFrench fluency and Agile experience.
About the Role
You will contribute to the definition andexecution of the test strategy coordinate test analysts monitor executionand report progress and quality status to stakeholders. You will work alongsidebusiness and IT teams across key platforms such as ORION HERA Wynsure and GLIS.
Key Responsibilities
TestDesign & Planning
Create review and validate test deliverables
Ensure test scope priorities and standards arerespected
Input test cases into test management tools
Prepare and maintain the Master Test Plan
Support Business Analyst knowledge sharing
TestExecution & Oversight
Execute tests when needed
Ensure results are documented
Identify and report risks impacting scopetimeline or quality
Provide information for Go/No-Go decisions
Track and support defect lifecycle validationand fixes
Reporting& Governance
Prepare and deliver test progress and defectreports
Lead testing committees and provide updates tostakeholders
Provide inputs for final testing documentation
Standards& Continuous Improvement
Ensure alignment with established testingframeworks
Adopt and promote TCE methodologies and bestpractices
Participate in improvement workshops
Required Qualifications& Experience
Degree in Computer Science or similar field
6years of testing experience
5years specifically in test activities
Experience in financial services (insurance or banking)preferred
Strong knowledge of ISTQB methodology
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience managing and coordinating testers
Ability to build test strategies and scheduling
Technical Skills
Frenchfluency (mandatory)
SQL knowledge
API testing knowledge
Experience with Octane JIRA Confluence
Knowledge of software testing principles
Ability to script automated tests in KARATE (nice to have)
