Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Administrator to support system enhancements technical testingand production delivery in a global fast-paced role combines technical expertisechange management and Level 3 support ensuringoperational stability while driving continuous improvements across systems andprocesses.
Main Responsibilities
Requirements& Change Management
Gather and document technical requirementsfor system enhancements
Participate in the change request processfor technical and functional updates
Testing& Delivery
Contribute to technical testing activitiesto ensure smooth production releases
Launch initiatives and monitor progressensuring timely follow-up and delivery
IssueResolution & Process Optimization
Provide Level3 support analyzing incidents and identifying solutions orworkarounds
Coordinate issue resolution and follow-up with vendors and service providers
Oversee and monitor technical processes ( flows STP processes batch jobs)
Document known issues and procedures to support first-line support teams
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
4years of relevant experience in IT Administration or similar technicalroles
Experience with Application Servers suchas WebSphere Tomcat orJBoss
Experience with job scheduling tools(e.g. CA Workload AutomationControl-M)
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and toolsincluding:
* Git
* CI/CD pipelines
* Terraform Chef Jenkins
Proficiency in scripting languages suchas Bash Python andTerraform
Experience with containerization using Dockerfiles
Hands-on experience deploying applications on Kubernetes using ArgoCD for automateddeployments
Language Requirements
English:Mastery / Fluent
Soft Skills
Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills with the ability to assess changerequests and incidents
Ability to propose logical and structured solutions or improvements
Strong skills in technical documentationincluding schematics and diagrams
Proactive mindset and ability to workindependently in complex environments
