The IntegrationLeader provides applicationintegration support within a project portfolio management context covering schedule planning and monitoring costand benefit tracking and operational coordination.
This role operates in a hybrid model working closely with an extended team located in Franceand interacts regularly with BusinessIT Finance and Management stakeholders.
Support the technical and operational stabilityof applications within scope
Respond promptly to user needs and requestsrelated to perimeter applications
Organize and coordinate user training sessionswhen required
Track and follow up IT and administrative incidentsraised by users
Manage and coordinate application evolutions and enhancements
Propose productivityimprovements and process optimizations
Ensure proper quality system organizationand continuous improvement of applications
Collaborate with Finance departments and managerson application governance
Provide expertise to projects including analysis user acceptance and training
Anticipate the impact of projects onexisting applications
Experience as an IT Technical Leader
Background in Engineering or IT-related education
Experience supporting software packages/applications
Strong knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL (advanced)
Strong experience working in Unix/Linux environments
Experience with programming languagessuch as Python or Java
Strong analyticalskills
Ability to understand explain and documenttechnical concepts
Basic accountingknowledge (nice to have)
Strong teamworkand collaboration skills
Excellent oraland written communication skills
High adaptabilityin changing environments
Ability to synthesize and simplify complex topics
Willingness to share knowledge andsupport team growth
