Role Overview
In a context of increasing cybersecurity threats andgrowing regulatory constraintsthis role aims to enhance the cybermaturity of ITProduction and Infrastructure within CIB Securities Services.
The CyberHygiene Project Coordinator will join a multidisciplinary team (IT Production COOAudit & Risk) and will be responsible for coordinating multiple cybersecurity and production securityinitiatives. Leveraging a background in Production Security and Project Management theprofessional will play a key role in accelerating remediation planscoordinating controls and strengthening overall cyber hygiene practices.
Main Responsibilities
Act as ProjectManager for the BNPCIB Securities Services perimeter coordinating projectsrelated to Cyber Hygienetypically driven by CIB or IT Group Production Security teams
Coordinate the implementation of security measuresacross the Securities Services scope
Follow up on progress with IT Production teams (APS ApplicationProduction Support) in close collaboration with BNP CIB and IT Group Production Securityteams
Prepare consolidate and present project status reportsduring steering committees
Assist in the resolution of issues and risksimpacting delivery timelines
Key Cyber Hygiene Topics
PrivilegedAccess Management (CyberArk Safes SailPoint etc.)
Systemand credential hardening
Patchmanagement
Vulnerabilitymanagement
Technical Coordination &Architecture
Support middlewareand infrastructure teams on technical choices andimplementations (without direct administration)
Communicate effectively with system network and security engineers
Integrate guidelinesfrom CISO and Technical Architecture teams
Validate proposed technical and security solutions
Participate in architecture and security committeesas required
Technical Skills
Proven experience in project management within technicalenvironments
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructureincluding Linux Windows Cloudenvironments Networks and Security services
Background in Production Securityincluding:
* Technicalaccess management (CyberArk safes workflows role-based models)
* Vulnerabilityand patch management
* Systemhardening principles
Strong cybersecurityand risk culture including cyber awareness and controls
Experience with data analysis and visualizationis a plus (Power Query Power BI)
Basic knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologiesis a plus
