Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead a highly demanding and strategic role acts as a key link between Businessoperational teams / Product areas and IT translating businessneeds into clear structured anddetailed requirements.
The professional will be responsible foranalyzing new demands arising from projectevolution market changes client requests and user enhancement needsproposing optimal solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesand stakeholder expectations.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business needs marketchanges and user requirements
Propose sustainableand strategic solutions aligned with the entitys roadmap
Translate business needs into detailed functional and projectrequirements
Engage and coordinate all relevant stakeholdersduring requirement definition and validation
Assess impactsand dependencies related to new features or changes
Ensure the implementation of changes and newfeatures in the Production environment
Follow the go-live process compareresults against expectations and propose adjustments when necessary
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Strong analyticalskills
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data quality and analysis toolsincluding Power BI and SQL
Basic scripting knowledge (Python)
Strong planningexecution and organizational skills
Ability to understand explain and support changeinitiatives
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
