We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineerwith strong experience in end-to-end service delivery for business-criticalapplications. This position plays a key role in ensuring system stabilityhandling complex incidents and driving continuous improvement within ahigh-demand production environment.
Important: Your CV must clearly show senior-level experiencein application support incident/problem management and fluency in English (French is aplus).
As a SeniorSupport Engineer you will provide both technical and functional supportacross multiple applications coordinating closely with developmentproduction and infrastructure teams. You will act as a key escalation pointensuring timely resolution of complex issues preparing production releasesand implementing proactive measures to improve system reliability andperformance.
Lead the classificationprioritization and resolution of incidents and servicerequests
Oversee the full incident lifecycleensuring timely restoration of services
Conduct root-causeanalysis and recommend preventive actions
Prepare operational and incident reports (dailyand major event summaries)
Coordinate with ADM Production andInfrastructure teams on escalations
Prepare and execute pre-production and release testing
Maintain and update operating procedures andknowledge documentation
Participate in continuous improvement initiativesfor processes and tools
Act as a senior point of contact during criticalor emergency situations
Strong command of SQL and database queryoptimization
Solid experience in Windows environments
Proficiency with Dynatrace and Control-M monitoringtools
Familiarity with cloud environments (DMZR)
Hands-on knowledge of Ansible and Jenkins for automationand CI/CD
Proven ability to manage application performanceand reliability in production
ITIL Certification Mandatory
English Fluent (mandatory)
French Basic knowledge (nice to have)
