Job Description
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international insurance project in Lisbon. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support handling inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts via phone and digital channels
- Provide accurate information related to insurance products and services
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with quality and service-level standards
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)
- Rotational shifts between 07:30 AM 08:00 PM
- Days off: Weekends
Contract
- Fixed-term contract (CDD): 6 months
Salary & Bonuses
- Base Salary: 1100 gross x 14 months
- Performance Bonus: 100 x 12 months
- Complexity Bonus: 100 x 11 months
Important Note on Bonuses:
Payment of each bonus instalment is conditional on the employee maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the month prior to the payment.
These bonuses must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary as eligibility depends on meeting the attendance condition.

- Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day
- Health Insurance:
- Available from Day 1 (employee pays a monthly contribution)
- Becomes free after 6 months of contract
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and good command of English
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
