Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat delivering prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions order issues and technical troubleshooting.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams when needed.
  • Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational schedule including weekends and public holidays.
  • No previous experience required entry-level applicants are encouraged.
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
