Role Information
You will lead the development and implementation of the schools SEND strategy managing EHCP processes coordinating interventions and supporting staff to deliver adaptive inclusive teaching. The role requires collaboration leadership and a genuine commitment to student welfare.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to undertake the qualification
QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Experience supporting students with diverse needs
Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary
Paid to scale on MPS / UPS
