- Supervise and lead the In-Room Dining team providing guidance support and training to maintain high levels of motivation and performance.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members ensuring appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates provide feedback and foster a positive working environment.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service during their In-Room Dining experience exceeding their expectations and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews related to In-Room Dining taking appropriate actions to improve service and address recurring issues.
- Oversee the efficient processing of In-Room Dining orders ensuring accuracy completeness and timely delivery to guest rooms.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other relevant departments to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Maintain and enforce high-quality standards in food presentation service etiquette and cleanliness of dining trays and amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of In-Room Dining supplies such as cutlery glassware and amenities and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Develop and implement training programs for In-Room Dining staff to enhance their product knowledge service skills and upselling techniques.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
- Maintain accurate records of In-Room Dining orders expenses and other relevant data.
- Assist in preparing reports and providing data for management review.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an In-Room Dining server or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building motivation and performance management.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage offerings menus and service techniques.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and make quick decisions to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to In-Room Dining operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays as per the hotels operational needs.
