Proactively reach out to prospects and present financial line products/services effectively.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Negotiate terms and close deals in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Manage specific tasks supporting client service delivery and administration throughout the insurance issuance and renewal cycle as per instructions and guidance of Finex AM and higher manager
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve and exceed quarterly & yearly sales targets.
Support Accounting Department in premium collection
Ensure all WTW Group policy requirements (legal regulatory & compliance) are met
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Other tasks assigned by the Company
Responsibilities-
QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field.
Computer Literate MS-Word Excel Power Point.
3- 5 years of experience in sale bussiness development or client acquisition preferable software hardware financial institutions
Ability to self-study and strong analysis skill
Proactive long-term commitment
Client-oriented innovative and critical sense
Strong communication negotiation problem-solving and presentation skills
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Be able to work under high pressure
Fluent in English & Vietnamese
