Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration and supervision of cleaning security landscaping and concierge service contractors and frontline property management staff for residential properties managed by the Corporation
- Co-ordinate with the technical team to provide efficient maintenance services
- Handle enquiries and complaints by residents or owners
- Organise community activities attend the Owners Committee meetings and other events during non-office hours to build and maintain positive relationship with owners
Requirements
- Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in property management; OR
- Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in various software applications such as word processing and Microsoft Office
- Experience in managing high-end residential buildings is an advantage
Remarks
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
