Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Property Management Hospitality Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience of which 2 years should be at managerial or supervisory level in the hospitality industry such as shopping centre management
- Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence and a membership of a recognised professional institution
- Strong market acumen of the retail sector with experience gained in high-end retail malls is an advantage
- Proven leadership capability excellent communication and interpersonal skills creativity and willingness to learn

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of professional staff to provide retail management services to the Corporations shopping malls
- Supervise cleaning and security services maintenance of building and facilities and enforcement of tenancy agreements
- Oversee budget preparation and monitoring as well as establish good relationship with tenants contractors customers and other stakeholders
- Support pre-management works of the Corporations future shopping malls
