Responsibilities
Plan and implement property development projects in Hong Kong and overseas
Identify evaluate and secure new property development opportunities
Assist in formulating the implementation plan and tendering process of property development projects
Coordinate with internal stakeholders developers and government to ensure compliance with land grants and development agreements
Lead a team to oversee sales and marketing of property development projects and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Requirements
Degree in Surveying Architecture Engineering Business or a related discipline
A minimum of 15 years relevant experience in valuation land and development as well as sales and marketing in the private property development sector of which 6 years should be at senior managerial level
Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognized professional institution
Well versed in government procedures land administration and valuation processes
Proven ability to apply property investment and marketing strategies to enhance the potential of large-scale projects
Demonstrated leadership excellent interpersonal skills and strong networks within the property industry and public sector
