Job Summary
Due to expansion a leading crypto company is hiring a Compliance & Regulatory Manager for a 6-month contract. The role involves identifying crypto-friendly jurisdictions and managing licensing applications and registrations across APEC and other regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with regulators and external consultants during licensing processes.
- Monitor global crypto regulations and provide impact analysis to senior management.
- Develop compliance manuals workflows and handle regulatory filings.
- Conduct compliance checks and post-licensing activities including staff training and record maintenance.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in accountancy Banking Business or Law with 5 years experience in regulatory compliance or licensing within financial institutions.
- Strong project management analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and good command of Chinese/Mandarin.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
