Job Summary

Duties include:
- Oversee daily operations of a learning centre including scheduling staffing and student onboarding.
- Maintain high academic and service standards.
- Supervise teaching quality and curriculum delivery.
- Support teacher training performance and development.
- Lead parent communication enrollments and retention.
- Manage basic administration reporting and inventory.
Requirements
- Experience managing an education or learning centre.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Background in early years education phonics or literacy preferred.
- Commercial awareness and strong customer-service mindset.
- Fluent in English & Cantonese Mandarin a plus
