Job Summary

Desired Profile:

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management/ Organisational Behaviour/Psychology or any equivalent. Diploma /post graduate diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

Age: 35- 42 years

Experience: 12- 15 years’ experience in Learning & Development /Operations domain with minimum 3 years’ experience in leading the L & D function of a large organisation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and implement various Learning & Development strategies and programs in alignment with the overall organizational goal.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop training programs to improve employee productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage various capability building and leadership development programs.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer and other workshops to ensure capability building of current training team scalability and effectiveness.
  • Drive and ensure various Training certifications as proposed by
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and development that enables the teams to deliver greater results.
  • Conduct organizational & individual needs analysis and create customized training plans to build required competencies of teams.
  • Periodic review of SOPs in collaboration with operational team and conduct audits to ensure quality standards are adhered
  • Leverage and partner with KIHRD/KPTC to build capabilities of team members
  • Be available as a resource to lead and partner in any other organizational development initiatives
  • Drive digital adoption by developing training programs that enhance employee skills on new technology tools and digital processes
  • Collaborate with HR team to initiate and drive various employee engagement programs
