About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency with solid expertise working with diverse brands and industries in Africa.
Job Objective: The client is looking to hire a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales client relationship management and target achievement. S/he will be responsible for driving revenue growth building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospect and secure new clients across assigned markets.
Present and promote products/services to potential customers using solid sales arguments.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and contracts to clients.
Follow up on leads through calls emails and networking activities.
Provide accurate reports on sales performance and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
24 years of proven experience in sales business development or account management.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
A positive attitude with a passion for building customer relationships.
