Role Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales through showroom (counter) interactions and institutional or corporate (B2B) business development. This role involves handling the complete sales lifecycle from customer inquiry to product installation ensuring customer satisfaction while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom floor activities engage walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales for furniture and security products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients institutions government bodies and commercial establishments.
- Prepare and submit quotations negotiate pricing and finalize sales orders to meet assigned targets.
- Coordinate daily sales operations inventory requirements and forecasts with the Branch Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide updates on sales performance market trends and competitor activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process addressing queries complaints and service needs promptly.
- Build and maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Oversee delivery and installation of products at customer locations ensuring accuracy safety and timely completion.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in direct sales retail sales or showroom sales; experience in furniture interior solutions or security products is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Basic administrative and organizational abilities.
