Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be the central operational leader for Ethra HR responsible for managing the daily functions of all core departmentsincluding Sales Marketing Talent Acquisition/Recruitment HR Strategy & Consulting and HR Process Outsourcing (HRPO). This is a high-impact hands-on role suited for a versatile leader who can drive process efficiency ensure service quality and critically accelerate revenue growth and market presence within the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth (50%)

  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets across all service lines (Recruitment Consulting HRPO).

  • Marketing & Branding: Oversee marketing initiatives including digital presence and content strategy to enhance Ethras brand visibility as a trusted HR partner in KSA.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and client contract negotiation.

  • P&L Oversight: Monitor financial performance manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.

2. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance (30%)

  • Recruitment & HRPO: Directly manage and mentor the service delivery teams ensuring all talent acquisition and HR Process Outsourcing mandates are executed efficiently and meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

  • Process Optimization: Standardize and streamline operational workflows for better scalability particularly in client onboarding service execution and internal reporting.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as an escalation point for key clients ensuring high-value accounts are retained and expanded through excellent service delivery.

3. Team Leadership & Management (20%)

  • Team Performance: Establish clear goals (KPIs) for sales marketing and delivery teams conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

  • Resource Allocation: Optimize resource deployment across projects and service lines to maximize productivity and profitability.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to upskill team members in HR best practices sales techniques and operational efficiency.



Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR CIM) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity ideally within a services consulting or HR solutions environment in KSA.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the KSA market and labor law. Previous experience in HR/Recruitment services is highly preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Proven track record in sales/revenue growth and operational management.

  • Skills: Excellent team leadership strategic thinking P&L management advanced communication (Arabic and English) and project management skills.
