Job Summary
Middle East Mattress Factory Co is seeking a talented and driven Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As the Plant Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production processes are efficient and meet the high standards of our brand. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Manage production schedules ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead train and develop production staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the plant identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to uphold product excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and efficiency measures.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
- Male.
- 35 to 45 years of age.
- Saudi Egyptian or Lebanese national.
